Mother Butler Mission Guild (MBMG)
Serving the Church through Liturgical and Missionary Support
The Mother Butler Mission Guild supports priests, parishes, and missions by providing vestments, altar linens, sacred vessels, and other liturgical needs, while serving through charity and fostering vocations to the priesthood.
Overview
The Mother Butler Mission Guild (MBMG) is a church organization dedicated to serving God and supporting the mission and liturgical needs of the Catholic Church. Its members express their faith through service, charity, and active assistance to priests, parishes, and missions.
A central part of Mother Butler’s ministry is helping provide the materials necessary for the proper and reverent celebration of the liturgy. This includes vestments, altar linens, sacred vessels, and other liturgical equipment, particularly for churches and missions in need of support.
Beyond providing material assistance, Mother Butler members also participate in missionary and charitable work, assisting priests in activities such as mass weddings and other pastoral and parish needs. Through these acts of service, members deepen their faith and pursue personal sanctification.
At the heart of the Mother Butler Mission Guild is a commitment to faith, service, and generosity. Through its ministry, the organization seeks to give glory to God by serving His Church, supporting priests and missions, responding to the needs of the Church, and fostering vocations to the priesthood.
Vision
To give glory to God and service to His Church, personal sanctification of members through charity for the home and missions and fostering of vocations to the priesthood.
Mission
The ecclesiastical mandate and commitment of the MBMC is liturgical missionary benefaction through the following:
a) Liturgical focus on the following provisions of vestments, altar linens, sacred vessels and liturgical equipments.
b) Missionary work as needed in assisting our priests esp. on mass weddings and other.
