Parish Youth Ministry (PYM)

Overview

The Parish Youth Ministry (PYM) is a vibrant, youth-led community that unites all youth ministries and every young heart within the parish, bound together by one sacred purpose: to guide and connect the youth ever closer to God.

We strive to be a home where every young person is welcomed, valued, and seen — a space where faith takes root, friendships are forged, and lives are transformed as we journey together in prayer, service, and love. Through shared experiences, meaningful encounters, and compassionate guidance, we nurture each young soul to grow not only in their relationship with God but also as compassionate, purposeful, and faith-filled members of the Church and society.

Mission

To give opportunities for the youth to deepen their faith, knowledge, and love for God; to provide a safe space where they can grow, find community, and receive support through life's challenges; and to help them explore and develop their God-given talents through various forms of service and meaningful activities.

Vision

To prepare, nurture, and strengthen the youth, equipping them with faith, character, and purpose as they step confidently into the future.

Activities

There are many different types of activities for the youth to participate in, such as:

1. Spiritual – Prayer Meetings, Taizé Prayer, Rosary Walk
2. Fellowship and Formation – Youth Camp, Team-Building, Ministry Fair
3. Volunteer – Outreach programs, Parish clean-ups / Brigada
4. Skills Building / Presentations – Rosary making, Senakulo, Panuluyan, Animation
